OneSupps offers extremely reliable, fast and free shipping in New Zealand via CourierPost and Australia via Toll International courier. Once your order is processed you will receive a unique tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.and via CourierPost. Auckland & Surrounds: Overnight.
North Island: Overnight.
South Island: 2 to 3 days for a box, Overnight if your order can fit in a postage bag.
Australia: 2 to 6 Working Day Delivery
*Rural addresses may take an extra 1-3 business days.
**Delivery can take approximately 1-3 days longer if there is a sale running
Courier pickup times are Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 2pm are usually shipped the next day. Courier's generally do not delivery on weekends so please allow for orders placed on Friday to arrive on the following Monday
Confirmation of Address
Please ensure all information is correct before confirming your order. We are unable to change your delivery information once the order has been sent.
Delivery of Goods
We recommend requesting a signature requirement for all orders at the checkout for security purposes. If you select the 'No Signature Required' option in checkout (I.e Leave at the front door if not home) you accept all liability, thus if your order is stolen after delivery we will not take responsibility. If there is any issue with the delivery for New Zealand orders please contact Courier-Post on 0800 268 746 before contacting us at email@example.com.
We will accept unopened products as a return in for a full refund or exchange to another product. Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery. We cannot accept opened products unless there is a fault with item.
Damaged Goods/Lost Items
In the event that you receive faulty or damaged goods and require a refund, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your claim and attach a picture and we will aim to either replace the product(s) or provide you with a refund. Claims must be received within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Incorrect Item received
In the odd case that you receive the wrong item or flavour email email@example.com with your order number, name and delivery address and what you have received and we will send a return label to you. Once we receive the incorrect product we will promptly send the correct item to you.
Please note: Shipping estimates may vary. We reserve the right to reject any order addressed to a PO box or a Parcel Pod.
